RÉSEAU+ is a revolutionary digital platform fully owned by Proco & Cie, a registered company dealing in Vodacom airtime/ bundles distribution and other services in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Réseau+ core business is the sale and distribution of Vodacom airtime and bundles. Réseau+ is not just a product — it is a vision. We are re-engineering the traditional airtime distribution chain to empower everyday people to earn more and stay financially resilient. In the traditional model, a dealer sells to a merchant (retailer), who then sells to the end-user/customer. This chain relies on daily hustle: if the merchant/ retailer is unwell or unable to work, they earn nothing that day. At Réseau+, we believe no one should fall into poverty because they couldn't work for a day or a week due to their health or other incapacitation. We are rethinking distribution by creating a community safety net through technology.

Frequently Asked Questions

The License Fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment required for Agents to access the business features of Réseau+. It supports system hosting, data management, and platform upgrades. Once paid, it is valid for 5 years and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

To earn commissions, an Agent must load at least USD $10 worth of airtime or bundles per month. Commissions are based on personal and team sales and are paid via M-Pesa. Agents are also responsible for declaring taxes on their earnings.

Yes. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations like fraud, inactivity, or policy breaches. Termination results in loss of rank, commission rights, and no refund of the License Fee.

Users can register through the Réseau+ mobile app, USSD, or M-Pesa Mini App. Agents must pay the License Fee and complete account verification. Providing accurate contact and referral details is mandatory.

A Merchant can sell airtime and bundles for profit but doesn’t pay a license fee.
An Agent pays a License Fee, gains full business access, earns commissions from their community, and can recruit Merchants and other Agents into their sales network.
